Aura Attunement [General]

You have no truename as such, but you can attune your aura to emulate spell templates.

Prerequisites: Must be Unbound,with at least one magic-related Talent (such as Unique Spell).

Benefit: A character with this feat has become attuned to a particular form of magic,and can learn to become attuned to  other forms of magical energy.

In game terms, the character gains a bonus ceremonial feat that provides improved access to a particular spell descriptor,despite being Unbound. The character must meet all the prerequisites (except for truenames). The character may also, once per level, exchange an Exotic Spell with the appropriate descriptor for a spell template, provided the character can cast complex spells of that level, and the character has met all the template's prerequisites (excluding truenames). If a spell has multiple descriptors ( such as energy bolt ) then the character must choose which template is gained. (In the energy bolt example, the character would have to choose one form of the Energy Mage feat,and could only cast energy bolts of that particular energy type, unless of course, the character had more forms of the Energy Mage feat.)
Note: Some feats (such as Aura Mage) require another ceremonial feat as a prerequisite.If the spell-caster has two (or more) Exotic Spell feats,the spell-caster may once every five levels,convert all the caster's  unconverted Exotic spells into other ceremonial feats,provided such feats either provide improved access to a particular spell descriptor or are the prerequisites for same. Example: An Unbound magister with the Aura Attunement feat recently attained 10th level,and has developed a new feat  (called Argent Mage) that requires Eldritch Training as a prerequisite and gives the possesor improved access to force spells.He takes Eldritch Training as his bonus feat,and decides to convert all his current Exotic Spells into cermonial feats.
He has the following Exotic Spell feats: floating disc,forcebeam,searing blast and shield of light.He then takes time to perform the various ceremonies required,and converts his Exotic spells into the following feats:

Floating disc is converted into the Elemental Mage (Air) feat,forcebeam is converted into the Argent Mage feat,while Searing blast is converted into Sense the Unseen,and shield of light is converted into The Aura Mage feat (available at DiamondThrone.com www.diamondthrone.com/displaycontent.cfm )
